  1. Failure Is Never Final
There will be a day that you can remember as being the day of failure. It might be a divorce, rejection, or even the death of a loved one. It is a day you will always remember.
  2. Food was the first thing to love me back
I once read something, and I wonder how many of you can relate to this statement. Stop and think about it, you might be surprised at your reaction.
  3. How do we and others see us
How many times have we weighed ourselves and who we are by our weight? Are we weighed down by weight? We often fail to see that we can be in bondage because of our weight.
  4. How to feel good
Work up a sweat. Exercise every day - 20 minutes or more. You need to work hard enough to get a little sweaty. The chemicals you produce during exercise make you feel good. Find activities you can enjoy: bicycling, skateboarding, jogging, jumping rope, or walking with a friend.
  5. I choose
    I choose to eat healthy.
  6. Perfection in dieting
It is okay to strive for perfection as long as you realize and understand it is not always possible. But in the trying, never ever give up – you will succeed 95% of the time.
  7. The Blame Game
It’s Not My Fault I am fed up with dieting because I never manage to lose weight. I tried every diet under the sun and nothing happens, well maybe a few pounds to start with and then I hit the problem of nothing coming off.
  8. Who are you
So many people today evaluate who they are by what they see in the mirror or in another person. Is the mirror really telling us the whole story? Does the person you are relating to today really know the true you?
